A Hayward shop, run by the people who do the work
Nick owns Palladium, in downtown Hayward. The people who built its reputation are still the ones on the floor: a general manager, a master technician, a master painter, and Nick himself.
A small shop that kept the old standard
Most collision work now runs through large, chain-owned facilities built around volume and carrier contracts. Palladium was built to be the other thing: a shop Nick owns himself, where the same people handle your car from the estimate to the day you pick it up.
That choice shows up in the work. The person who quotes your job is close to the person checking panel alignment before paint goes on. Repairs are documented. Quotes are written down. Your car comes back clean and finished. None of that is new to the trade. It is simply how good shops always worked, and what a lot of the industry stopped doing.
The short version: four people who have done this work for most of their careers, a real paint and structural setup, and a written warranty behind all of it.
The names behind every Palladium repair
The shop displays the four who have been here longest. Preppers, detailers, and the rest of the crew keep the floor moving behind them.
Amir
General Manager
Amir runs the floor: day-to-day operations, scheduling, and the first point of contact for most customers and for fleet accounts. Call the shop during the week and you are likely talking to Amir.
Alex
Master Technician
Alex handles the technical builds: specialty projects, structural and bodywork, and complex repairs across carbon fiber, fiberglass, aluminum, and steel. He knows the full repair process and the shop’s equipment end to end.
Ivan
Master Painter
Ivan owns the color. More than twenty years painting across both PPG and Glasurit systems, matching color and texture on every material the shop works in. He will spend days on your color match when the project calls for it.
Nick
Owner
Nick owns the shop and works behind the scenes: high-value and collector projects, parts, client services, and the business side. He stays close to the work that needs an owner’s hand.
A few things we hold to every day
Not aspirations. The policies that show up in the shop every day.
01
Nick still does the work himself
The people who built the shop’s reputation are the ones still doing your repair. That is the whole model, day to day.
02
Backed by a lifetime written warranty
A lifetime written warranty on the work we do on your vehicle, for as long as you own it. The full terms are written out in plain language.
03
The right hands on the right car
Your assignment is matched to your vehicle. A complex build goes to the master technician who handles that kind of work.
04
Documented, every single job
Estimates and OEM part recommendations go in writing. If you want to know what happened on your car, the answer is on file.
05
Craft over volume, every single time
We will quote anything from a trim piece to a full restoration. We will also tell you up front when a job is better suited to another shop.
The standards have a room to match
The Glasurit paint system, a USI Italia downdraft booth, and a Global Jig structural bench, run by a vetted team. The full tour of the equipment and the standards behind it is on The Shop page.
